After submitting the order, it acquires a “pending” status. You will be informed at each stage (e.g., pending, approved, declined, shipped, reshipped) of your order processing via email. Order processing may sometimes take up to 72 hours to avoid mistakes in your order information as well as to prevent any fraudulent orders. Your card will be charged only after the order is confirmed with you personally (either by email or phone) and approved by our Fraud Department.
